PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that efficiently performs resource management including exclusive reservation management while performing parallel processing; a method of processing information; a recording medium; and a program. SOLUTION: The information processor 10 includes an application arbitration means 40 for arbitrating the execution of an application for each session and causing a system memory to create an area where an application operates by using shared data, so that the application is run; and an exclusive control means 46 for performing exclusive control of the shared data until it is synchronized with the end of the session to which the application is allocated. The information processor 10 responds to requests from clients, the validity period of sessions, or the expiration of ticket validity period and performs exclusive control of the shared data in such a manner as to synchronize exclusive reservation with an external command or the end of the session.
