PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful substance treatment equipment capable of enhancing the treatment efficiency of PCB by concentrating a contaminant contaminated by an organic harmful substance such as an organohalogen substance or the like, for example, PCB or the like by concentration operation.
