PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator, a jet stream generating apparatus, and an electronic apparatus realizing reduced thickness, and to provide a jet stream generating apparatus and an electronic apparatus capable of efficiently discharging not only gas but also a liquid. SOLUTION: The vibration actuator 15 includes two magnets 4 and 6 disposed opposingly, a spacer 7 disposed between the magnets 4 and 6, a coil 12 disposed around the spacer 7, and a vibration plate 9 having the coil 12 mounted thereon. A repulsive magnetic field is formed by the magnets 4 and 6, and magnetic flux with sufficient width in the Z-direction is formed, so that even when the length of the coil 12 in the Z-direction is short, the coil 12 receives sufficient magnetic flux by the repulsive magnetic field. In other words, the thickness of the vibration actuator 15 in the Z- direction or the thickness of the jet stream generating apparatus 10 can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
