PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance adjusting device of a rotating body provided with a constitution suitable for miniaturization. SOLUTION: This balance adjusting device 7 of the rotating body mounted on a rotary shaft 4 is provided with a plurality of balance members 18 to adjust rotation and balance, a rotation side member 17 having rotation side holding parts 30a and 31b to hold the balance members 18, and a fixed side member 16 having a fixed side holding part 22a for holding a vibrator 19 for generating vibration to rotate and drive the rotation side member 17 and the balance members 18 and fixed to the rotary shaft 4. The balance members 18 are provided with elongating/contracting actuators 34. The balance members 18 are held by the rotation side holding parts 30a and 31b when the actuators 34 are elongated, and are held by the fixed side holding part 22a when the actuators 34 are contracted.
