PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp with a reflecting mirror which has a simple component structure and can match mechanically a light center of a light source and a focusing position of the reflecting mirror and fix them integrally without switching on the light source. SOLUTION: The lamp with a reflecting mirror is provided with a light source composed of an airtight container having a sealed part on one end and two projected power lines, a reflecting mirror in which the light source is housed and, facing it, an irradiating open mouth part and a swelling part are arranged on an end part of an optical axis, and a disc to fix the sealed part with the swelling part. The disc has a disc hole part for the sealed part to be inserted, and the sealed part and the disc are bonded together in four bonding areas on the disc independently distributed in four areas on the disc divided by an axis (x axis) passing through a center of the disc hole part and extending in a widthwise direction, and an axis (y axis) passing through a center of the disc hole part and extending in a lengthwise direction.
