<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector 11 having a high moisture-proof capability even in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. <P>SOLUTION: A moisture-proof film holding section 21 is formed around an area where an X-ray detecting element section 18 is formed, and an opening section 22 is disposed at a portion of the moisture-proof film holding section 21. The opening section 22 is formed so as to correspond to a position at which the moisture-proof film holding section 21 has a curvature in a corner of a substrate 12, thereby preventing the occurrence of an area where adhesion among the moisture-proof film holding section 21, a moisture-proof film 23 and the substrate 12 is made inferior. The moisture-proof film 23 projects to the outside of the moisture-proof film holding section 21 from the opening section 22, whereby the adhesion area between the moisture-proof film 23 and the substrate 12 is widened, and the adhesion between the moisture-proof film 23 and the substrate 12 is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
