<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, communication equipment, a program, and a communication method. <P>SOLUTION: In the communication system comprising the communication equipment and a reproduction apparatus 30 capable of executing data communication with the communication equipment, the reproduction apparatus 30 is provided with a first storage part for storing contents data and a first communication part for performing data communication with the communication equipment.
