PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device 20 capable of recommending a running route meeting in matching with the user's preference. SOLUTION: The navigation device 20 comprises map data 221, provided with data regarding map separated into a plurality of regions; and the running number of times data 222 for storing the respective running number of times for each area ID of region of destination, which record the link information and update it at the time of the engine start, corresponding to the region including the present position the link running number of times for each area ID is updated. When the destination is set, the navigation device 20 modifies the respective link data using the running number of times, corresponding to the area ID of region on the map including the set destination, and searches and outputs the route up to the destination by using the modified link data cost.
