The invention relates to the production of high-quality motor fuels. Conditioned motor fuels from hydrocarbon raw material and the products of alcohol production. For this purpose the additives, containing low alcohols and/or ethyl ether, and basic hydrocarbon fractions are subjected to simultaneous hydrodynamic processing till forming of resistive intimate mixture. At that the processing is realized in hydrodynamical cavitating type device.
