A cooling apparatus of a die casting mold is provided to lower defective proportion of the products, thereby improve quality and productivity of the products by easily grasping circulation of a cooling fluid for cooling the mold, thereby easily performing quality control of products. A cooling apparatus of a die casting mold(30) comprises a cooler(40), a cooling water supply line(70), a cooling water discharge line(80), and a confirmation device. The cooler is installed inside the mold to cool the mold. The cooling water supply line supplies cooling water to the cooler. The cooling water discharge line discharges the cooling water from the cooler after the cooling water has been supplied to the cooler to cool the mold. The confirmation device is connected to the cooling water discharge line. The confirmation device allows the cooling water to flow therein after receiving the cooling water discharged from the cooling water discharge line. The confirmation device displays flowing of the cooling water to the outside.
