A media reproducing apparatus, a method thereof and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to encode a plurality of media streams to generate media data and feed back current timestamp while outputting the media data to use the media data for synchronization, thereby effectively synchronizing the media data. A stream input unit(110) receives and inputs a plurality of streams. An encoder(120) receives and encodes the media streams. A synchronizing unit(130) synchronizes the encoded media data based on fed back time stamp. A reproducing unit(140) outputs the synchronized media data.
