A streetlamp pole having a double structure of a synthetic resin tube and a metal tube is provided to improve physical stiffness, and to prevent an accident by an electric shock in an internal electric leakage or power failure by an outer tube made of synthetic resins having excellent insulating property. A streetlamp pole having a double structure of a synthetic resin tube and a metal tube comprises an outer tube(10) made of synthetic resins by extrusion-molding, an inner tube(20) made of steel and inserted to the outer tube, and a spacer(30) inserted between the inside of the outer tube and the outside of the inner tube, wherein the spacer is located on the upper part of a stopping ring(31) made of a soft elastic material and inserted to the outside of the inner tube, and provided with an incline(32) interfered with the stopping ring on the lower part to be positioned by the stopping ring, and radial insertion grooves are formed on the outside of the outer tube and a rugged band projected more than the outside of the outer tube is inserted to the insertion groove.
