<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery which has excellent safety in short circuit resistance and thermal resistance etc. and has superior productivity. <P>SOLUTION: By applying a corona treatment on the surface of an active material layer of an electrode, it can be prevented that a porous membrane layer formation paste crawls and cannot be coated smoothly on the active material layer, and as a result, color unevenness and defects of pinhole shape of the porous membrane layer are reduced, and short circuit resistance and thermal resistance which the porous membrane layer originally has can be maintained. Further, recognition of a pinhole and a steak existing in the active material layer through which a current collector is seen can be made easily, thereby, superior productivity can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
