<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink for ink jet recording, with excellent aging stability and discharge stability besides glossiness and mapping property. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous ink for ink jet recording comprises a polymer particle containing a coloring agent; at least one water-insoluble organic compound selected among the group consisting of ester compounds, ether compounds and sulfonic acid amides with a maximum weight of 5g or less (except aliphatic monoester compounds) soluble in 100 g of water (20°C); a 4-12C alkane polyol; and a polyalkylene glycol or an alkyl ether thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
