Disclosed in the present invention is a deuterated indolocarbazole compound, mixture comprising said compound, and an organic electronic device. The deuterated indolocarbazole compound optionally replaces a C-H key using a C-D key in an indolocarbazole conjugated structure, and reactivity can be reduced and more preferable chemical and environmental stability is granted to the group. The present invention applies the deuterated indolocarbazole compound to the organic electronic device and provided is a solution for improving a device stability and lifespan.
