An information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a determination unit and a delivery control unit. To a plurality of playback apparatuses, content is delivered by streaming by unicast via a wireless network, and the determination unit determines whether the communication state of the wireless network is normal for each of the playback apparatuses. The delivery control unit excludes, from the object of streaming delivery by unicast, a communication failure apparatus that is a playback apparatus among the plurality of playback apparatuses for which the communication state is determined to be abnormal. |
