The present invention relates to a carbonated drink production apparatus capable of quickly producing a carbonated drink by cooling and providing a fluid, which is an ingredient of the carbonated drink, to the surroundings of a beverage production vessel in which the carbonated drink is produced, thereby cooling the carbonated drink, and providing the fluid used to cool the carbonated drink to the inside of the beverage production vessel. A carbonated drink production apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a cooling case which is filled with a fluid; a cooling unit for cooling the fluid and providing the fluid to the inside of the cooling case; a beverage production vessel, installed inside the cooling case, having at least one inlet through which carbon dioxide (CO2) gas and the fluid is introduced, and an outlet for discharging a carbonated drink produced thereinside to the outside; a carbon dioxide gas mixing means, installed inside the beverage production vessel, for producing a carbonated drink by dissolving the carbon dioxide gas into the fluid while circulating the fluid; and a fluid supply means for supplying the fluid within the cooling case to the inside of the beverage production vessel via the inlet. |
