<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bofutusyosan-blended preparation reduced with an unpleasant flavor peculiar to the bofutusyosan, a method for improving the flavor of the bofutusyosan and a flavor-improving agent. <P>SOLUTION: This bofutusyosan-blended preparation is characterized by containing the bofutusyosan and yeast cells and/or its extract. The method for improving the flavor of the bofutusyosan is characterized by using the bofutusyosan with the yeast cells and/or its extract jointly.
