PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a dryness degree of clothes and precisely set a drying correction time.SOLUTION: The drum type washing and drying machine includes: an outside air introduction amount adjusting part 8; an electrode 9; a detector 104 for detecting a degree of dryness of clothes; a determination part 103 for determining a degree of dryness of clothes from conductive characteristics between a rotary tub 2 and an electrode 9; a dryness factor recording part 102 retaining dryness factors for respective amounts of clothes; a first tilt recording part 106 for retaining a degree of drying progress for each amount of clothes in the case where a heating part 5 is operated; a second tilt recording part 108 for retaining a degree of drying process which varies in accordance with an introduction amount of outside air per unit time in the case where the heating part 5 is stopped; a clothes amount determination part 105; and a correction time calculation part 107 for calculating a drying correction operation time after a determination of dryness. The correction time calculation part 107 determines a correction time in a drying process after the detection and determination of dryness in accordance with the amount of clothes and the degree of dryness detected by the determination part 103 in the case where the heating part 5 is operated or stopped during a drying operation. |
