<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piezoelectric device of microstructure having a mechanism which can generate high displacement and high torque, using a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device comprises a pressure medium chamber 3, filled with a pressure medium substance 2; a first displacement surface 4a, constituting a part of the wall surface of the pressure medium chamber 3; a piezoelectric element 5 to be driven by applying a voltage to displace the first displacement surface 4a; and a second displacement surface 6a, constituting another part of the wall surface of the pressure medium chamber 3 and being displaced, according to the displacement of the first displacement surface 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
