The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of rice for rice puffs using a sap of Acer okamotoanum Nakai. Effective components distributed in the sap of Acer okamotoanum Nakai are added to rice. Thus, the rice has enhanced flavor and increased satisfaction in nutrition, and is substantially differentiated from normal rice conventionally used for rice puffs. More particularly, the rice for rice puffs in the present invention is manufactured by immersing rice for rice puffs in a sap extracted from an Acer okamotoanum Nakai tree, mixing the resultant product, and ripening the resultant product at a low temperature. The manufactured rice has an increased calcium and potassium content. |
