PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical clip applier to be loadable with and capable of firing differently sized surgical clips.SOLUTION: A surgical clip applier 10 comprises: a handle assembly 100 including a housing 102, a trigger 104 and a drive assembly, the drive assembly including at least one linkage connected to the trigger, a guide block slidably supported in the housing, a clip pusher bar slidably supported in the guide block, a toggle distal to a flange of the clip pusher bar, and a push rod supported in the housing; and an endoscopic assembly 200 extending distally from the housing of the handle assembly, the endoscopic assembly including a shaft assembly 210 and a pair of jaws.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
