The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the charging of a battery for improving the charging efficiency of the battery with multiple battery cells. The apparatus for controlling the charging of the battery includes: discharging units for forming a discharging path in each battery cell in parallel; cell switches configured between the battery cell and the discharging unit of the discharging path, respectively; and a BMS control unit for controlling the switching of the cell switches. |
