PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composite material of a bulk shape using PAN-based carbon nano-fiber web is provided to improve dynamic mechanical property, thermal stability, and electric resistance etc remarkably. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite material of a bulk shape using PAN-based carbon nano-fiber web comprises the following steps of: acquiring PAN-DMF liquid by mixing polyacrylonitriles and dimethylfluorine in 60°C for 24 hours; acquiring a PAN nano-fiber web precursor by electro-spinning the acquired PAN-DMF liquid; acquizing stabilized nano-fiber; acquiring carbon nano-fiber web by carbonizing the stabilized nano-fiber web; dispersing the PAN-based carbon nano-fiber to a powder type; manufacturing a composite material; and adjusting the thickness of the composite material to 0.1-10mm.
