PURPOSE: A method for drying agricultural and marine products with liquefied oxygen as a heating source is provided to increase the pure oxygen rate for perfect combustion, thereby saving fuel costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for drying agricultural and marine products with hot air comprises the following steps of: vaporizing the pure oxygen in a liquefied oxygen container through a vaporizer; controlling the amount of pure oxygen using an oxygen regulator and oxygen flow metering valve; controlling the amount of fuel using a fuel regulator and fuel flow metering valve; allowing the vaporized pure oxygen to flow in a mixing gas pipe through an oxygen-backfire preventer; flowing the controlled fuel into the mixing gas pipe and allowing the fuel to be mixed with the pure oxygen; spraying the mixed gas of the pure oxygen and fuel through a nozzle to a hot-air drying combustion chamber(203); and supplying the hot air to the agricultural and marine products while the combustion gas passes through a heat exchanging pipe(204). |
