PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silver powder capable of, if used as silver powder for a calcination type conductive paste, preventing expansion due to gas generation when calcinating the calcination type conductive paste, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a calcination type conductive paste.SOLUTION: In silver powder, the maximum value of thermal expansion coefficient is 0.3% or less with a value at 50°C as a reference within a range of 50-900°C, and a BET value (specific surface area) is 0.1 m/g-0.9 m/g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
