PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for automatically and mechanically supplying a constant amount of an ingredient such as dried bonito with soy sauce, kelp, or salmon, on rice transported by a rice transport machine.SOLUTION: A device comprises: pressing head parts 31a, 31b for being lifted up and down vertically for pressing an ingredient put into a hopper 30 to an ingredient inlet; a quantitation part (compression part 3a, 3b) having ingredient cutting cutters 6a, 6b; upper and lower slide parts 9a, 9b for supplying a constant amount of ingredient; a slide cutter bar having a square quantitative part and a feeding part; and upper and lower slide parts 29a, 29b for putting an ingredient, in which ingredient supply is performed at two positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
