The plate (1) has housing in which vertical mortise locks type blocks are inserted, where the blocks are formed of a lever handle, a key hole, a cylinder hole (4) and a locking or unlocking assembly. The blocks include a flange that is abutted in the housing. The flange is provided with an adhesive part or maintaining devices (7) e.g. screw, for maintaining the blocks. The blocks are in rectangle or oval shape.
