<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of preventing dust etc. from entering into an electric connection portion between a light-emitting body and a mounting substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is provided with: a light-emitting body 2; a mounting substrate 6 for mounting the light-emitting body 2 on a mounting surface; and a reflection sheet 4 including an opening 42 for receiving the light-emitting body 2 while abutting thereto and put on the mounting surface of the mounting substrate 6, having flexibility and reflecting a light emitted from the light-emitting body 2.
