PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly unwind a film in the state without curl due to winding tendency by self-advancing the film in the state of a strip-like continuous film to a setable position, and giving integrity in a lengthwise direction of the film by a stress of a warp generated in a lateral direction of the film. SOLUTION: A rolled thermoplastic resin film 1 is unwound in a predetermined length by conveyor rollers 16. The unwound portion is self-advanced in the state of a strip-like continuous film to a setable position in an injection mold 6 via an arc-like passage 18 of a film guide mechanism 17. At this time, the portion which passes the passage 18 is laterally bent to cause a local warp, and integrity is given by its stress in a lengthwise direction. Thus, the film 1 self-advanced in a substantially straight state without curl due to winding tendency is passed between a recess mold 6 and a film clamp 8, advanced to a position oppositely in parallel to the mold 6, fixed to the mold 6, and then may be cut at an outlet side of the passage 18. |
