PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the thickness of a film after coating immediately after printing. SOLUTION: This printing apparatus 1 is constituted so that printing paste is printed and applied on the base plate P placed on a table 13 by using a screen and a squeegee. In this case, supports 53 support a screen 62 through a printing frame 62. After printing is completed, the supports 53 are moved upwardly and move the screen 62 upwardly from the upper part just near to the matter to be printed on the table 13. After the screen 62 retreats, a film thickness sensor 111 is moved to the region above the base plate P and under the screen 62 to detect the film thickness on the base plate P placed on the table 13. |
