<p>A scintillator (12) having a columnar crystalline structure for converting incident radiation into visible light is formed on one side of an FOP (10) of a scintillator panel (2). The surface of the scintillator (12) is dyed with Oil Read B, which is an oil color. A first poly-para-xylene film (14) is formed on the dyed scintillator (12). An Al film (16) for improving humidity resistance is formed on the first poly-para-xylene film (14). A second poly-para-xylene film (18) for preventing separation of the Al film (16) is formed.</p> |
