PURPOSE: A thermal compensation heating method is provided to compensate the difference of the temperature inside a cavity and the real temperature of the foodstuff when continuously heating. CONSTITUTION: The thermal compensation heating method for a microwave oven comprises the steps of:sensing the surface temperature of the foodstuff and the temperature inside a cavity(20) at the beginning of the heating; determining the compensation value on the base of the surface temperature of the food and inside the cavity; outputting the final heating time on the base of the compensation value;:Herein, an accurate heating is performed by determining the real heating time after considering the compensation time according to the real temperature inside the cavity and the compensation time according to the temperature value of the real foodstuff.
