PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or a sheet having good compatibility and adhesion with a polyolefin molding material and enough adhesive force capable of recycling the base material is recycled as adhered, by setting side by side an adhesive layer mainly comprising a copolymer of an olefin macromonomer and a (meth)acrylic acid ester and a base material layer comprising a polyolefin. SOLUTION: This olefin macromonomer is a polymer having an olefin skeleton and an unsaturated double bond capable of copolymerizing with another monomer on one end. This (meth)acrylic acid ester is not limited and any ester capable of copolymerizing with an olefin macromonomer and having a glass transition temp. of 10 deg.C can be used, and acrylic acid esters having a 1-12C alkyl group can be mentioned. The ratio of the olefinic macromonomer to the acryl monomer is 1/99-50/50, pref. 3/97-30/70, and its mol.wt. is 5,000-1,000,000, pref. 50,000-500,000.
