PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen generating vessel having a simple chamber structure of the divided vessel, excellent in workability at the time of using and perfectly free from disturbing the ventilation of generated oxygen even if the surface of a filter is brought in to contact with a reaction liquid or a hydraulic pressure is impressed at the time of operating. SOLUTION: In the resin made oxygen generating vessel housing separately an oxygen generating agent 2 and the reaction liquid 3 for generating oxygen from the oxygen generating agent by dissolving the oxygen generating agent, a partition seal part 4 structured so as to strippably stick the resin made inside walls to each other is formed and the inside of the vessel is divided into >=2 chambers with the partition seal part, the oxygen generating agent is housed in one chamber 5, the reaction liquid is housed in another chamber 6, a discharge port 7 is formed at least in one of the chambers, oxygen generated when the generating agent is dissolved in the reaction liquid by stripping off the partition seal part at the time of using is discharged from the discharge port and the water proof ventilation filter 8 is provided in the discharge port.
