PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replacement of a design panel by providing a slit for inserting the side edge of the design panel on a joint. SOLUTION: In mounting a design panel 2 on a side plate 1, a stepped part 11 is used to insert the design panel 2 while engaging both the ends with slits 5, 6 of joints 3, 4, and the design panel 2 is inserted until its lower end is engaged with the slit 10 of a horizontal joint 9, whereby the work is ended. In the removal, the design panel 2 is reversely pushed up, and pulled out by use of the stepped part 11. The replacement of the design panel can be easily performed without removing bolts and nuts.
