PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container for liquid which is superior in a barrier characteristic preventing the permeation of oxygen gas, vapor, etc., and in preservation or storage characteristics preventing the change of contents quality avoiding poor sealing or liquid leak owing to the generation of a blister by eliminating totally the generation of a blister and preventing the generation of a crack in an inorganic oxide deposited film such as a silicon oxide or aluminum oxide deposited film forming a clear barrier as a barrier material. SOLUTION: In forming this paper container for liquid, used is a laminated material which comprises at least the outmost layer, a paper base material, an adhesive layer comprising two layers of polyolefin resin layers, a barrier having an inorganic oxide deposited film and a primer layer on one face of a base film and the innermost layer laminated one after another.
