PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin plate producing apparatus by a thin plate casting and a continuous shearing deformation, for producing the high quality plate material having a high strength, a high formability and a specified orientation. SOLUTION: The thin plate producing apparatus by the thin plate casting and the continuous shearing deformation is basically constituted of a thin plate casting device 10 for directly producing the thin plate material 100 from molten steel and a plate material continuous shearing deformation device 40 for continuously shear-deforming the plate material 100 produced with this thin plate casting device 10. Then, at the front stage for transporting the plate material 100 cast with the thin plate casting device 10 into the plate material continuous shearing deformation device 40, and intermediate treating device 30 for intermediately treating the plate material 100 is preferably arranged. Thus, the plate material 100 having a desired thickness can be produced with the high quality.
