PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing device which can prevent a residual ink remaining in a drum after ejecting a stencil from an outer peripheral wall from soiling the interior of the device and the surface of the outer peripheral wall from becoming uneven. SOLUTION: In this stencil printing device, the following components are provided: a drum 26 which is freely rotatable; has the outer peripheral wall 53 formed of an ink impermeable member; and allows the stencil 18 to be fitted to the surface of the outer peripheral wall 53; an ink supply means 54 which has an ink supply aperture 55 in a printing upstream position from the maximum printing area of the outer peripheral wall 53; an ink recovery means 73 which has an ink recovery aperture in a printing downstream position from the maximum printing area of the outer peripheral wall 53 and recovers the ink on the surface of the outer peripheral wall 53 from the ink recovery aperture 72; and a press roll 35 which presses a printing sheet to the outer peripheral wall 53.
