PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust once scraped off by a brush roll from adhering to a roll again in a rolling mill for rolling a metal strip such as a steel strip in dry condition using a roll polishing method for polishing a work roll or a backup roll, and to provide an apparatus therefor.
