摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in determining the end of a service life by determining the end of the service life of a neutralizer while considering drainage production amount in an exhaust duct, in a latent heat recovery type heat source machine comprising a neutralizing device for neutralizing drainage caused by condensation of combustion exhaust from a gas burner. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor (61) is disposed on an installation section of the exhaust duct (6) for discharging the combustion exhaust outdoors, drainage production amount such that it is increased in accordance with lowering of a detection temperature of the temperature sensor (61) is calculated, and the end of service life of the neutralizer (32) is determined when the temporal integrated value of the drainage production amount reaches a reference value.
