The invention relates to a signal transmission line which has both audio and USB connector, and the signal transmission line is a four-core connecting line. One end of the signal transmission line is a USB connector, and the other end is a double-track audio connector. There is also a winder around the four-core connecting line, and the winder is a shell, and in the inner cavity of the shell a cop for wrapping the four-core connecting line is pin connected. There are two holes on the surface of the shell, and the double end of the four-core connecting line travels through the holes. The said lines of the four-core connecting line are wrapping the cop. The present invention implements the connection between the four double-track audio connector and the present USB data connector separately. The problems that the connecting line is various and the size of the USB connector is huge are solved by adopting the packing of the winder, thus meet the various requirement of the user.
