A stator structure for an outer rotor-type motor for a drum washing machine is provided to stably mount a stator to a bearing housing and to reduce a weight of the stator. A stator structure includes a stator core coupling a split core assembly which is made by laminating unit cores consisting of a strap-shaped base(150) and teeth protruding from the base, an upper insulator(60a) formed in a shape corresponding to a shape of the stator core to enclose an upper portion of the stator core, and a lower insulator(60b) formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the stator core to enclose a lower portion of the stator core. Plural fastening portions(600) protrude from an inner surface of the core. A fastening hole(620a) is formed on the fastening portion to fix the stator.
