A dynamic damper of a vehicle is provided to enhance vibration damping performance so that riding comfort for a user can be improved, and reduce the cost by saving the number of working processes. A dynamic damper of a vehicle comprises a supporting bracket(20) and a still band(30). The bracket has a waist part in the center thereof and flanges on both ends. Both ends of the still band are fixed to the flange, respectively, by fixing a metal mass(31) into the waist part. The metal mass is enclosed by the still band on three sides thereof and fixed by a bolt. The supporting bracket is disposed in a cavity(C) of a tail gate(10) and welded into a vertical axis of an inner panel(12) of the tail gate. The supporting bracket includes connection pieces on both sides thereof to be welded into the inner panel of the tail gate. A resilient transform unit(33a) is formed on both sides of the still band.
