PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic preparation of ultrapure FVIIa and to provide a method for obtaining the therapeutic preparation. SOLUTION: The therapeutic preparation of ultrapure FVIIa has purity of a protein of at least 1,000 IU/mg and does not contain a protein derived from nonhuman. The method for obtaining FVII comprises carrying out purification of FVII by starting from FrII+III, FrIII or corresponding material of Cohn fraction, precipitating the suspension by PEG, purifying FVII with chromatograph and successively activating FVII.
