PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make miniaturization compatible with high efficiency by improving a space factor of a coil in a rotary electric machine. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine is composed so as to use an object as a stator 18 in which an insulating coating film is applied on its surface and a magnetic material is filled around an annularly molded coil 18b so as to form unevenness in a radiation direction. A plurality of protruding parts 20 are radially formed at a position facing both axial ends of the stator 18 in a rotor 12. Therefore, it is possible to significantly improve the space factor of the coil to a coil mounting part in the magnetic material since a gap is almost not formed between the coil 18b and the filled magnetic material in the stator 18. Consequently, it is possible to achieve the rotary electric machine in which miniaturization is made compatible with high efficiency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
