<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp for a vehicle capable of making a depth dimension in horizontal direction small and capable of responding to a need to make the depth dimension in horizontal direction small. <P>SOLUTION: A first reflector 2 and a second reflector 3 and three pieces of semiconductor type light source 4 are arranged between a projection lens 5 and a focus F3 of the projection lens. A second focus of the first reflecting surface is located at the focus of the optical lens or at its vicinity, an edge of an opening part of the second reflecting surface is located at the focus of the optical lens or at its vicinity, and a part of the reflection light reflected by the first reflecting surface which is the light from a light-emitting part of the semiconductor type light source passes through the opening part and cuts off, and the remaining reflection light is reflected by the second reflecting surface and transmitted through the optical lens to be irradiated to the outside with a prescribed basic light distribution pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
