<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supplier that can prevent powder conveying force from decreasing by preventing a sheet type conveying member from naturally curving in the same direction as that during use before beginning to be used, a manufacturing method of the powder supplier, and a reproducing method of the powder supplier. <P>SOLUTION: When a developing device 10 is not used, a tip part 56A of a first agitating and conveying film 56 is held to be curved in the opposite direction from that during use. When a first agitator 36 rotates in an X direction, the tip part 56A is released from being held and then loaded by toner T, and then the first agitating and conveying film 56 curves to the opposite direction from the X direction. Thus, the tip part 56A is curved in the opposite direction from that during use when the developing device 10 is not used, so the film is not naturally curved in the curving direction during the use, so the first agitating and conveying film 56 is not low in toner conveying force from the beginning of the use of the developing device 10 and then stable toner conveyance is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
