A few of data transmitting devices, in which, the first data transmitting device includes: several emission modules (2), used for transmitting a data stream to a data receiving device with pseudo-eigen-beamforming technique in TDD mode; and a data processing module (1), used for processing the data stream to be transmitted and allotting the data stream processed to one or several layers, the layers then allots it to several emission modules (2) to emit it, in which, the number of bits of information allotted to the layers with pseudo-eigen-beamforming technique is greater than the number of bits of information allotted to the other layers. In which, the data transmitting device has application in the signal code word mode. The data transmitting device of the invention can use statistics rule of the relative quantity of the signal-noise ratio received at the receiving end by the emission modules (2) fully, rather than demanding for feedback of the receiving end, and save system resource.
