<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive composition for forming a colored layer which has high solvent re-solubility of a dried product thereof, can suppress the formation of a bumping hole and has high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation sensitive composition for forming a colored layer comprises (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer, (D) a radiation sensitive radical generator and (E) a solvent, wherein the component (D) comprises a specific benzoyloxime compound containing a carbazole ring as an essential component, and the component (E) contains 3-8.5 wt.% of dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
